The jewellery may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery subject to the following conditions.
  • Customized (including personalized products) Jewellery is not eligible for a 7-day return/exchange.
  • Any item that shows sign of wear/use or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7-day return/exchange.
  • Product should be accompanied with original product certificate/packaging and the original / copy of invoice, also the tag should not have been tampered or removed from the product for us to accept it as a 7-day return/exchange.
  • You will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner which provides tracking. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for each item included in the package. Please ensure that scan copy of courier bill/receipt is shared with us.
  • To return your product, contact us at support@elante.co.in with details of the order for further shipping guidelines.
  • Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance Department will review it. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The product will be reshipped back to you, if the item you want exchanged/returned is used, damaged or original tags or packaging are missing or tampered with. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and ELANTE assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
  • The Money Back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
  • Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded/returned.
  • Bulk orders i.e. those having three or more products in a single order, are not eligible for return. They may be exchanged in cases of manufacturing defects. 
  • We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. Also the customer is required to make a single, uncut video while unboxing the package which clearly shows the missing product/missing part of the product/damage to the product to lodge a complaint regarding receipt of a defective product or receiving no product inside the packaging/box.
  • 7 days return policy is limited to orders priced under Rs.5,999/-. The orders priced at Rs.6,000/- or above can only be exchanged in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Gifts- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India. International orders (orders that are shipped abroad from India) cannot be returned/refunded.
  • In case of a return on 7-Day Money Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of the payment was through online debit / credit card / net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction. If the order is places by CASH ON DELIVERY method, the buyer will have to share their Bank Details with the Support team at Support@elante.co.in to get a refund along will the Name, Address and Contact Details of the Buyer.
  • This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
  • We may update this refund policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Exchange/Return/Refund Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to the Exchange/Return/Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
